Project success depends to a large extent on clearly defined project goals, a resolute implementation of specifications and effective risk minimisation. Project-specific quality management (PQM) offers an excellent means of securing these prerequisites.

Project organisation

All the basics and instruments that are necessary for the efficient and successful completion of the project are made available at an early stage. The project manual includes the following contents as a minimum: project description, project organisation, order processing, contract information, costs, deadlines, specifications & standards, risk management procedures, processes, meeting schedule, PQM structure, environmental management, etc.

Project specifications document

The project specifications document is the developer's/investor's main instrument for project management and includes a definition of the project in all of its organisational, technical, energy and financial aspects in the form of certificates, standards and requirements. These project guidelines are drafted in a phase-appropriate manner and updated as needed at the close of each phase.

Project-specific quality management (PQM)

We ensure the proper monitoring of the implementation of all technical and organisational specifications throughout all project phases. If the client wishes, we can also provide additional support services such as public relations management, operational management and maintenance strategy development. Our know-how in the context of acceptance procedures and building commissioning and our business management and legal background are reflected in the high quality of our documentation, construction accounting and warranty assessments.
