The project specifications document is the developer's/investor's main instrument for project management and includes a definition of the project in all of its organisational, technical, energy and financial aspects in the form of certificates, standards and requirements. These project guidelines are drafted in a phase-appropriate manner and updated as needed at the close of each phase.
