Energy resources can be conserved using an intelligent control system. There is one condition however: that the items of building services engineering are coordinated with each other from the very beginning. This is the reason why we already integrate the functionality of the management system in the  technical conception phase. A physical building model is the basis for dimensioning of the equipment used and also the management system. In this way the most significant  properties of the most important construction elements are contained in it.
